About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee projects and serve as a client manager for airport design and construction projects
- Provide mentoring to junior staff and lead QA/QC efforts
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with airport sponsors and aviation agencies
- Collaborate with leadership to drive growth within targeted markets
- Participate in industry organizations and conferences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- PE License
- 8+ years' experience in the airport design and/or construction field
- Airport design, construction administration, and project management experience
- Strong knowledge of FAA advisory circulars related to airport design and FAA grant process
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to lead and mentor existing staff and develop new staff as needed
- Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with the ability to work on challenging projects in a team environment
