Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee projects and serve as a client manager for airport design and construction projects
Provide mentoring to junior staff and lead QA/QC efforts
Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with airport sponsors and aviation agencies
Collaborate with leadership to drive growth within targeted markets

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
PE License
8+ years' experience in the airport design and/or construction field
Airport design, construction administration, and project management experience
Strong knowledge of FAA advisory circulars related to airport design and FAA grant process
Strong computer skills
Ability to lead and mentor existing staff and develop new staff as needed
Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with the ability to work on challenging projects in a team environment
