About the role
- Lead planning, design, and execution of desalination and advanced treatment projects
- Direct multidisciplinary teams through all project phases
- Define project scope, work plans, schedules, budgets, and quality review checkpoints
- Manage project financial performance, including forecasting and change management
- Serve as a senior technical leader for desalination systems
- Oversee development and review of technical deliverables
- Guide pilot testing and ensure designs are practical and code-compliant
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing project teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
- 15–30+ years of experience in water infrastructure project delivery
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain reciprocity
- Demonstrated success leading large design projects
- Strong experience with seawater reverse osmosis, brackish reverse osmosis, and more
- Experience with alternative delivery, design-build, progressive design-build, or EPC coordination is preferred
