About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

An Ardent Facilitator will be responsible for organizing and conducting training focused on sales product and skills training.
Sessions include a combination of In-Dealership Training, In-Dealership Consulting, traditional Instructor-Led Training and/or Workshops and Virtual Instructor-Led Training/Coaching.
On average, there is 48 weeks of facilitation, including an in-person Train-the-Trainer (T3) event annually; a combination of flying and driving will be required to reach dealerships within an assigned territory.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Automotive industry experience is mandatory as is the ability to communicate to a mid-size audience
Knowledge of standard dealership practices, processes and procedures
Knowledge of key personnel positions, functions and practices
Adult learning theory and practice, i.e. objectives, measurement, evaluation, etc.
Management practices, i.e. organizing, evaluating, and directing
