About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • An Ardent Facilitator will be responsible for organizing and conducting training focused on sales product and skills training.
  • Sessions include a combination of In-Dealership Training, In-Dealership Consulting, traditional Instructor-Led Training and/or Workshops and Virtual Instructor-Led Training/Coaching.
  • On average, there is 48 weeks of facilitation, including an in-person Train-the-Trainer (T3) event annually; a combination of flying and driving will be required to reach dealerships within an assigned territory.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Automotive industry experience is mandatory as is the ability to communicate to a mid-size audience
  • Knowledge of standard dealership practices, processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of key personnel positions, functions and practices
  • Adult learning theory and practice, i.e. objectives, measurement, evaluation, etc.
  • Management practices, i.e. organizing, evaluating, and directing
