About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide professional nursing care and clinical support for assigned patients through virtual and remote care platforms
- Perform patient assessments
- Coordinate care
- Educate patients
- Complete clinical documentation
- Monitor patients on an ongoing basis

Requirements
What you’ll need- Current RN license or current license deemed acceptable by the applicable State Board of Nursing
- Must have a compact license
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer and before providing direct patient care
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in medical/surgical inpatient nursing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
