About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You write and produce content that gets read and shared — articles, posts, web copy, landing pages, and video — for social media, the website, and beyond.
You create campaign materials and content that arm the sales team for outreach and follow-up, turning our expertise into assets that open doors.
You plan and run promotional campaigns across all of our marketing channels, keeping the message consistent and the reach growing.
You coordinate with internal subject-matter experts and ambassadors to source, shape, and sign off content that’s as accurate as it is engaging.
You organise and coordinate video and photo recording — from planning the shoot to delivering the final edit.
You keep Ardena connected from the inside: intranet posts, the company newsletter, and internal emails that people actually want to open.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent copywriting skills — you can make complex topics clear, sharp, and on-brand
Hands-on experience managing and creating for social media
Experience working with WordPress (or a similar CMS)
Video editing and design skills — comfortable in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalents
Curious about AI and confident using AI tools to create, edit, and scale content
Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
Experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences is a strong plus
Organized, self-driven, and a natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving, international team.
