About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Central point of contact for all Quality-related matters within the organization
Developing and implementing quality policies and procedures
Leading the Quality department and ensuring necessary training and development of employees
Supervising and participating in internal and external audits
Analyzing quality data and reporting findings to the Management Team
Collaborating with GMP Production, R&D, and analytical department to resolve quality issues
Shaping strategy and processes for the Ghent site within the Ardena group
Reconciling business objectives with legal quality requirements
Ensuring AI is effectively embedded across quality processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 7 years of experience in Quality, with leadership experience
A master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
Thorough knowledge of GMP regulations
Strong analytical and strategic skills and solution-oriented & hands-on
Strong in communication and can advise and support both employees and managers
Open mindset and radiate calm and confidence
Fluent in English
Well-developed business mindset
