About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies within assigned territory to increase title and escrow business.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, educational events, and networking activities.
- Participate in industry associations, real estate functions, and community events to increase market presence.
- Utilize CRM to document sales activity, pipeline management, and client communications.
- Remain current on title and escrow industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with internal escrow and operations teams to ensure exceptional client experience.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory plans as required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven sales and business development skills, specifically in title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service orientation.
- Self-motivated with competitive drive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- High degree of professionalism and business ethics.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
