About the role

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining a strong agent client base through effective marketing and relationship management
  • Focuses on acquiring new agents, supporting existing agents, and ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Collaborate with regional management and legal counsel to ensure proper agent management and compliance

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
  • 3–5 years of successful experience in title or real estate industry
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
