About the role
- Responsible for developing and maintaining a strong agent client base through effective marketing and relationship management
- Focuses on acquiring new agents, supporting existing agents, and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Collaborate with regional management and legal counsel to ensure proper agent management and compliance
- Build and maintain client relationships; secure new business and expand existing accounts
- Identify and qualify prospective agents through research, referrals, and industry sources
- Develop and execute a strategic call plan for assigned territory, including outreach and appointments
- Maintain visibility in the market by attending industry events and participating in professional organizations
- Deliver compelling presentations to individuals and groups, adapting content as needed
- Assess client needs and implement tailored solutions to meet objectives
- Communicate proactively and respond promptly to client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service excellence
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
- 3–5 years of successful experience in title or real estate industry
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Strong listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
