About the role
- Architect and own the development of robust, scalable Android applications with up-to-date technologies such as Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Lead and mentor a team of Android developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and high-quality code.
- Act as the key technical partner for our US and EMEA clients, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Champion a culture of quality by implementing and advocating for comprehensive testing strategies.
- Shape the future of our team by participating in the hiring process, helping us identify and attract top Android talent.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in English, with the ability to lead technical discussions with international stakeholders and team members.
- Experience in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines/Flow, Modularization, testing (Espresso).
- Proven experience designing and implementing mobile architectures (e.g., MVVM, MVP) and a strong grasp of S.O.L.I.D. principles.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity, comfortable guiding other developers and improving team practices.
