About the role
- Assist with the US month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures
- Prepare US journal entries to be processed by SCS
- Review the P&L for proper booking of Revenue and Expenses
- Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
- Think of ways to improve tools and processes
- Maintain Actuals information from SAP-BFC
Requirements
- Work daily in English (From 80% to 100% of the period) communicating fluently with senior leadership
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
- Be results-oriented, using critical problem-solving and data interpretation skills
- Keep organized and detail-oriented for accounting accuracy
- Complete monthly closing procedures with quality
- Conduct in-depth analysis of monthly account reconciliations
- Support the annual financial planning process and maintain compliance with tax regulations
- Work closely with local finance teams across several regions
