Lead team engagement, coaching and development initiatives
Navigate complex stakeholder relationships and organizational politics effectively
Maintain product management functions: scope refinement, roadmap creation, tradeoffs, release plans
Implement and optimize project tools and project metrics
Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage short-term client expectations while maintaining project constraints
