Senior Software Engineer – Backend

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead implementations alongside the development team, focusing on delivering real impact for our customers;
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to build efficient solutions, prioritizing performance, scalability, and quality;
- Work side by side with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager, helping to define solutions based on trade-offs between impact, speed, and quality;
- Identify and mitigate risks such as delivering solutions with low perceived value or that require more time than expected;
- Promote software engineering best practices and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong knowledge of backend programming languages
- Proficiency in algorithms and data structures
- Ability to write clean, well-tested, and scalable code
- Product-minded with a focus on customer experience.
