Senior Product Design
ArcoTech DrillingSenior Product Designer leading digital product design projects at Arcotech. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and drive innovative solutions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end design projects, from problem discovery to solution implementation.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, and stakeholders to build simple, efficient experiences aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and validations to inform product and design decisions.
- Translate complex problems into clear, intuitive flows, journeys, and interfaces.
- Actively participate in defining product strategy, contributing systemic vision and a user-experience focus.
- Create high-quality prototypes, flows, and specifications with strong attention to detail.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions and measure the impact of proposed solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Design System and ensure experience consistency across products and features.
- Collaborate with other designers through critiques, knowledge sharing, and quality reviews.
- Serve as a technical reference within the team, supporting more junior designers with day-to-day challenges.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience working as a Product Designer on digital products.
- Ability to autonomously lead complex design projects.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams with Product and Engineering.
- Strong background in UX, UI, information architecture, and flow design.
- Experience conducting user research and validating solutions with users.
- Ability to make data-informed decisions using metrics and business context.
- Excellent communication and ability to advocate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
- Portfolio demonstrating product thinking, measurable impact, and high-quality execution.
- Nice to have: Experience with complex digital products, platforms, or scalable ecosystems.
- Experience in agile, product-led environments.
- Experience with Design Systems and component governance.
- Familiarity with product metrics and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience mentoring more junior designers.
- Knowledge of accessibility and usability best practices.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or fintech contexts.
- Ability to influence strategic decisions beyond the immediate project scope.
