About the role

  • Lead implementations with the development team, focusing on delivering real impact for our customers
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to build efficient solutions, prioritizing performance, scalability, and quality
  • Work side by side with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager, helping define solutions based on trade-offs between impact, speed, and quality
  • Identify and mitigate risks such as delivering solutions with low perceived value or that take longer than expected
  • Promote software engineering best practices and contribute to the technical growth of the team

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of backend programming languages
  • Proficiency in algorithms and data structures
  • Ability to write clean, well-tested, and scalable code
  • Product-minded with a strong focus on customer experience
