About the role
- Perform data analysis to support understanding of operational capability, capacity, and cost structure
- Assist with business analysis efforts focused on customer and product portfolio optimization
- Support project management activities, including coordination related to external outsourcing programs and internal process initiatives
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights to leadership
- Collaborate remotely with Elastomers team members and engage with the St. Clair plant team as needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Chemical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience preparing presentations using PowerPoint (preferred)
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools (preferred)
- Prior internship or project-based experience in manufacturing or industrial operations (preferred)
