Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction projects.
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Experience in constructability analysis.
High sense of urgency and adaptability.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
Strong leadership and managerial skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore).
Relevant certifications or licenses are advantageous.
Must have a valid passport.
