As a back end engineer you will be helping to build API-first services that form part of a new target architecture.
You will have the opportunity to contribute towards the design, built and scaling of customer products and services, collaborating with other Product and Engineering teams.
You'll engage with cutting-edge technologies like TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, and utilize CI/CD pipelines built with Terraform and Kubernetes on GCP.
Embracing agile methodologies, working with your team to achieve common objectives.

Requirements

Backend engineering experience essential
Knowledge of TypeScript and Node
Proven experience in a fast-paced growth environment
Understanding of multi-server architectures, with experience in databases (PostgreSQL and MongoDB) and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Terraform/Kubernetes)
Exposure to Google Cloud Platform an advantage, or alternatively AWS
Passion for product and user experience, along with strong commercial thinking.
A strong desire to make an impact and take ownership early in the process.
An eye for designing resilient and scalable solutions.
Attention to detail with a focus on security.
Familiarity with Test Driven Development (TDD) is beneficial.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English language
