About the role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end users and business sponsors
- Partner with business and technical teams to plan and prioritize projects, service delivery initiatives, and release content
- Collaborate with leadership to envision, strategize, develop, and maintain the services roadmap
- Strategize, implement, and manage program and project initiatives aligned to organizational objectives
- Perform research, validation, and gap analysis to identify new opportunities for features, functionality, or services
- Develop business cases including cost/benefit analysis, trends, competitive insights, risk assessment, service industry best practices, and timeline planning
- Plan and prioritize services, features, and requirements from conceptual stages through full lifecycle delivery
- Collaborate with IT engineering and operations teams to ensure consistent execution
- Oversee multiple project teams; identify risks and opportunities across the portfolio
- Develop and manage project budgets and ensure delivery against established business objectives
- Analyze and mitigate program risks and produce portfolio reporting for leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working within IT organizations
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in product, project, portfolio, or program management
- Cloud, Infrastructure, and Network expertise, including experience with Azure or AWS
- Exposure to AI concepts and modern infrastructure architecture patterns
- Exceptional project leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and change management principles
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and evolving environment
- Broad understanding of usability and user experience best practices
