About the role
- Improve and maintain Azure infrastructure and environments
- Expand Infrastructure as Code and automate deployment workflows
- Standardize CI/CD pipelines and improve deployment safety
- Enhance observability, monitoring, and incident response
- Implement security improvements and manage access/secrets
- Reduce operational load on senior engineers by handling technical ops
- Improve developer workflows, CI reliability, and platform health visibility
Requirements
- At least 8 years of total work experience, including at least 3 years of recent experience in Azure DevOps, Platform engineering, or SRE roles in SaaS environments
- Strong skills in Azure, CI/CD systems, scripting/automation, and SQL/database operations
- Hands-on experience operating production systems and responding to incidents
- Ability to take ownership, solve operational problems, and work independently
- Pragmatic, hands-on, and focused on reducing operational friction
- Thrives in fast-moving, complex environments.
- It's Great if you have:
- Familiarity with .NET ecosystem, multi-tenant SaaS, security tooling
- Experience with performance monitoring and distributed tracing
