Strong skills in Azure, CI/CD systems, scripting/automation, and SQL/database operations.
Hands-on experience operating production systems and responding to incidents.
Ability to take ownership, solve operational problems, and work independently.
Pragmatic, hands-on, and focused on reducing operational friction.
Thrives in fast-moving, complex environments.
