About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple locations and time zones
- Manage candidate communications, confirmations, follow-ups, and scheduling changes
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience
- Assist with background checks, I-9 processing, and pre-employment requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with ATS/HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
