About the role
- Review and Approve Ads: You will work closely with our creative strategists and editors to ensure every ad (image, video, and animation) is high-quality, error-free, and ready to hit key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR, Scrollstop, and CPA.
- Maintain Quality Standards: You will implement a robust QA process for reviewing all creative assets, ensuring they meet our brand and performance standards before going live.
- Analyze and Provide Feedback: You will analyze creative performance post-launch, identifying trends in winning ads and providing actionable feedback to the team for continuous improvement.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: You will stay current with the latest social media ad trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our creative output remains top-tier.
- Collaborate with the Creative Team: You will collaborate with editors to flag and correct inconsistencies, quality issues, and ensure smooth execution across all media platforms.
Requirements
- C1 English : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide clear, concise feedback and ensure ad copy and visuals are flawless.
- Quality Assurance Experience : Familiarity with quality assurance workflows in media companies.
- Min. 40mbps Internet Speed : Fast, reliable internet to review and approve creatives efficiently without delay.
- High Attention to Detail : A sharp eye for catching inconsistencies, errors, and anything that could affect the quality and performance of our ads.
- Experience with Graphic Design and Video Editing (Adobe Suite) : Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator to identify design and video editing issues and collaborate effectively with the creative team.
