- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR within the financial services sector
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Solution-oriented with strategic thinking and pragmatic execution
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Fluent German and English required
