About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the day-to-day delivery of two supported accommodation services, ensuring safe, high-quality and recovery-focused support.
- Inspire, motivate and develop a team of around eight colleagues, creating a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, health professionals and partner organisations to ensure seamless support for the people we work with.
- Monitor service performance, quality standards and contractual requirements, driving continuous improvement.
- Oversee safeguarding, risk management, incidents and health and safety across both services.
- Manage staffing, recruitment, supervision, training and workforce planning to ensure the services remain well supported.
- Manage service budgets and resources effectively, ensuring value for money whilst maintaining excellent standards.
- Promote co-production, ensuring the voices of the people we support help shape and improve the service.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working within mental health, social care, housing or a related support service.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, or experience supervising and developing others.
- Excellent communication, organisation and decision-making skills.
- A relevant Level 3 qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
