About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You initiate first contact and strategically develop key customer groups within real estate, construction projects and architecture.
- You build a deep understanding of your business customers' requirements in relation to our products and their target audiences.
- You are an expert on our product portfolio, answer questions confidently and consistently find the optimal solution for each customer's individual needs.
- You negotiate contracts that have a major impact on business development in Germany.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You already have a strong, established network of architects that you actively use, maintain and further develop—ideally complemented by contacts in the interior and design sectors.
- You hold a commercial qualification or a qualification in real estate, architecture, or product design.
- Several years' experience managing strategically important clients.
- Proficient with CRM systems and use them routinely in your day-to-day work.
- Native or fluent German and good English skills (French or Dutch are a plus but not required).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license (Class B).
