Key responsibilities & impact

Lead technical pre-sales and customer engagement for complex digital transformation programs within the FinTech and financial services sector.
Run structured discovery sessions to translate client pain points into viable, scalable, and highly secure financial technology architectures.
Technically lead high-value bids and partner closely with sales and engineering squads.
Bridge the gap between commercial strategy and technical execution, ensuring a seamless transition from solution design to successful delivery in highly regulated environments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience owning RFPs/RFIs and technically leading large-scale bids, ideally within the FinTech or digital banking sectors.
Proven track record of shaping scalable, secure, and resilient architectures with a strong foundation in the .NET ecosystem and cloud platforms ( Azure preferred).
Deep ability to design highly available, cost-effective cloud solutions that strictly adhere to financial regulatory and data protection requirements.
Skilled in estimating effort, team composition, delivery timelines, and licensing/hosting costs (e.g., Azure consumption) from early-stage requirements.
Deep knowledge of micro-frontends, microservices, containerization, modern deployment patterns, and Agile/Lean SDLCs to support high-performance financial applications.
Exceptional consultative skills; capable of clearly articulating technical trade-offs, architectural risks, and commercial value to both financial executives and engineering teams.
