About the role
- Identify and research potential clients across industries (e.g., Pharma, Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail, Logistics/Supply Chains etc.)
- Use platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar tools to build prospect lists
- Run cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to generate qualified leads
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead-generation campaigns and follow up with event leads
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule introductory meetings/demos for the sales team
- Maintain lead information and track activity using CRM (HubSpot preferred)
- Create weekly and monthly reports on lead metrics and conversion performance
- Research industry trends and decision-makers to personalize outreach.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in Lead Generation
- Strong communication and written skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, HubSpot CRM, Apollo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes, buyer personas and deal progression & management
- Analytical mindset for monitoring campaign metrics
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
