About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Review and curate clinical notes, audio, videos, and other modalities according to guidelines
  • Run human-in-the-loop evaluations assessing model accuracy, safety, clinical relevance, and clinical reasoning
  • Design, test, and iterate prompts and prompt-engineering approaches
  • Create high-quality instructions and responses and explore edge-case datasets to support fine-tuning
  • Identify critical and failure points, propose mitigation strategies, and document findings
  • Develop and refine scoring rubrics for quality assurance
  • Collaborate with researchers to improve annotation standards, acceptance criteria, and evaluation protocols
  • Perform varied tasks including labeling clinical notes, summarizing medical records, annotating images, and reviewing and evaluating AI models/LLMs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Doctor based in the US with active license to practice
  • Native or near-native fluency in English, spoken and written
  • Good understanding of clinical terminology, tools, and workflows
  • Excellent summarisation and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical accuracy
  • Comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
  • Registration Number (NPI Number) required
  • Must be authorized to work in the country physically located in and not require visa sponsorship
  • Board certification status requested in the application
  • Specialty and sub-specialty information requested in the application
