About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assess funding and innovation mechanisms applicable to clients
  • Manage tax/financial incentive projects (Lei do Bem, Lei da Informática, Mover, etc.)
  • Prepare statistical reports and technical analyses to support funding and innovation mechanisms
  • Standardize and digitize technical and operational processes
  • Create digital tools and solutions to improve innovation management and financial resources for R&D (PD&I) within companies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
  • Postgraduate degree/MBA in Project Management or related areas (preferred)
  • Proven experience in managing tax incentives and innovation projects
  • Advanced English
  • Flexible, agile, determined profile with strong leadership skills
  • Experience evaluating innovation portfolios, conducting prospecting interviews, identifying funding opportunities, preparing technical reports, and calculating the financial returns of opportunities.
