About the role
- Support clients in the optimal use of Pennylane, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Analyze clients' needs to propose innovative solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop continuous improvement strategies based on user feedback.
- Train and advise users on best practices and Pennylane features to maximize their experience.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in services, ideally in a Finance consulting role (Accounting, Analytics, Budgeting).
- Ability to work effectively in a team while upholding values of mutual respect and trust.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Innovation-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Commitment to honesty and empathy in all professional interactions.
