About the role

  • Lead the product's evolution by connecting business strategy, user needs, and technological execution.
  • Conduct continuous discovery to identify problems, opportunities, and validate product hypotheses.
  • Translate business and user needs into clear, prioritized solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment.
  • Work closely with technology, UX, data, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure clarity, context, and direction for the development team.
  • Monitor deliveries and ensure quality, taking ownership of what goes to production.
  • Define and track product success metrics (engagement, retention, conversion, etc.).

Requirements

  • Experience with digital products.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Hands-on experience managing backlog and prioritization.
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com or similar.
  • Intermediate English.
