About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives and scalability requirements
Define architecture and data pipelines and select appropriate AI tools and frameworks
Apply security, scalability, and maintainability best practices
Build, test, and deploy AI and machine learning models on Azure platforms or comparable solutions
Develop APIs and integrations with internal systems, databases, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Power BI
Implement CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, automated testing, and model monitoring
Establish MLOps practices for continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring
Optimize AI model performance for scalability and low latency
Implement infrastructure-as-code solutions
Collaborate with tax, audit, and advisory teams to identify valuable AI use cases
Translate domain requirements into technical specifications and AI solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI engineers and developers
Research advancements in AI and implement new techniques and tools
Develop proofs of concept for innovative AI solutions
Maintain documentation for AI models, data pipelines, and system architecture
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security policies, and ethical AI guidelines
Provide training and support to developers and end-users to increase AI literacy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in AI architecture, design, and deployment with Microsoft Azure Cloud Technologies or similar industry technologies
Proficiency in C#, Python, R, or JavaScript
Strong understanding of PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated testing
Knowledge of data architecture, databases, and data lakes, including SQL, NoSQL, and Azure Synapse
Knowledge and experience with vector databases or knowledge bases for retrieval-augmented generation
Knowledge and experience in prompt engineering and fine-tuning large models
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Strong communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Collaboration and teamwork skills with a proactive, innovative mindset
