About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare, generate and deliver tax engagement letters using firm approved templates, client data and workflows
- Review engagement letter information for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with tax professionals, administrators and operations team members to resolve missing information and ensure timely delivery
- Track engagement letter status and follow up on outstanding items
- Clean up, validate and maintain engagement letter across applications
- Assist Tax Operations Team with data projects
- Secure and protect Personally Identifiable Information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Management, or any related field.
- Open to fresh graduates and entry-level applicants.
- Ability to manage and prioritize assigned work using exemplary time-management and task-prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently
- Demonstrates ability to multi-task and turnaround assigned work accurately and in a timely manner
- Excellent administrative and computer literacy skills
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to self-review
- Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Available to work overtime (evenings and weekends), as needed
- Amenable to work Night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT)
- Work Set-up: 2 Months Onsite, Hybrid afterwards (Clark Office)
