Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12+ years of experience and demonstrated track record of leadership within a professional services firm.
  • Strong technical expertise in the relevant discipline (Tax M&A).
  • Proven success driving revenue growth, client expansion, and practice development.
  • Reputation for exceptional client service, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, inspire, and build high performing teams.
  • High ethical standards.
  • Experience operating in high growth, multilocation, or national firm environments (preferred).
  • Prior partner or executive leadership experience (preferred).
