About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead execution of analysis to identify potential growth opportunities for merged firms
  • Leverage analyses to help lead working sessions with merged firm leaders and partner base to assess potential opportunities and align on focus areas
  • Support development of Strong Start growth plans for each merged firm
  • Support refinement of processes and dashboards/reports to monitor and ensure execution against Strong Start growth plans
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories
  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, and process improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in relevant technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of related experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build consensus and drive change.
  • Hands-on experience working with agile teams, including backlog management and continuous delivery models (Kanban experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of agile principles and the ability to adapt practices pragmatically to fit team and organizational needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize work in fast-changing environments with competing demands.
  • Skilled at influencing without authority and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Keen attention to detail, problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
  • Experience documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills, and experience with project management software and data visualization tools.
