About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead execution of analysis to identify potential growth opportunities for merged firms
- Leverage analyses to help lead working sessions with merged firm leaders and partner base to assess potential opportunities and align on focus areas
- Support development of Strong Start growth plans for each merged firm
- Support refinement of processes and dashboards/reports to monitor and ensure execution against Strong Start growth plans
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, and process improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in relevant technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of related experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build consensus and drive change.
- Hands-on experience working with agile teams, including backlog management and continuous delivery models (Kanban experience strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of agile principles and the ability to adapt practices pragmatically to fit team and organizational needs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize work in fast-changing environments with competing demands.
- Skilled at influencing without authority and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Keen attention to detail, problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
- Experience documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills, and experience with project management software and data visualization tools.
