About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver high-quality training programs that enhance the professional growth and expertise of the firm's assurance professionals.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually, that align with the firm’s strategic goals and industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and Assurance partners to ensure that training content is accurate, relevant, and effectively meets the learning needs of Aprio’s Assurance team.
  • Translate complex Assurance topics into accessible and practical learning experiences.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements to ensure continuous learning and professional excellence.
  • Manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Accounting, Education, Psychology, Communications, Commerce, Finance, Human Resources (Required)
  • Master’s Degree: Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or Business Administration (MBA) (Preferred)
  • 2-3 years of experience using training software and tracking learning content in a learning management system (LMS), preferably LCvista. (Preferred)
  • 2-3 years of experience coordinating in-person, virtual, and hybrid event management logistics. (Required)
  • 2-3 years proven experience applying instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning principles to design, develop, and deliver effective technical training programs. (Required)
  • 2-3 years demonstrated ability to evaluate training effectiveness using learning analytics, feedback, and performance metrics, with a track record of implementing improvements based on data-driven insights. (Required)
  • 2-3 years strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and build relationships across global teams. (Required)
  • 2-3 years proficiency in leveraging learning technologies and tools (e.g., LMS, MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Articulate360, Power BI, and virtual facilitation platforms such as Teams or Zoom). (Required)
  • 2-3 years of experience in a client service or teaching role with a keen interest in transitioning into the training domain. (Preferred)
