- Demonstrated ability to mentor, inspire, and build high performing teams.
- High ethical standards.
- Deep Technology industry experience (blockchain experience preferred) (Preferred).
- Experience operating in high growth, multilocation, or national firm environments (Preferred).
- Prior partner or executive leadership experience (Preferred).
