About the role
- Own the end‑to‑end recruiting process for assigned roles—from intake and strategy through offer and close.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role needs, define success profiles, and align on realistic and effective hiring strategies.
- Serve as a thoughtful talent advisor, offering perspective on market conditions, candidate availability, and tradeoffs to support better hiring decisions.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, and creative outreach methods.
- Build and maintain pipelines of talent for current and anticipated hiring needs.
- Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations focused on both technical alignment and long‑term fit.
- Work in close partnership with other Talent Acquisition Advisors to ensure consistency, collaboration, and shared success across the team.
- Participate in intake conversations and ongoing check‑ins to ensure alignment on progress, priorities, and changing business needs.
- Share candidate insights and market feedback to inform recruiting strategies and expectations.
- Deliver a high‑quality, transparent, and human candidate experience from first contact through final decision.
- Represent Aprio’s culture, values, and career opportunities with credibility
- Maintain accurate candidate activity and documentation in Lever (ATS).
- Contribute to recruiting metrics, insights, and process improvements that elevate how Aprio hires.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally within public accounting, professional services, or similarly complex organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to move beyond transactional recruiting and operate as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
- Strong sourcing capabilities, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled recruiting tools (e.g., sourcing, screening, interview insights, or workflow automation) to improve efficiency, decision-making, and candidate experience—paired with strong human judgment.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Clear, confident communicator who builds trust with candidates and stakeholders alike.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (Lever preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
