About the role
- Lead client engagements and deliver high value strategic guidance to clients
- Provide executive oversight on complex engagements ensuring quality and client satisfaction
- Maintain understanding of industry trends and regulatory developments impacting operations
- Drive exceptional client experiences and expand market presence in specific practice areas
- Develop and execute growth plans and maintain strategic partnerships
- Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent within the practice area
- Lead engagement teams and provide performance oversight
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience and demonstrated track record of leadership within a professional services firm.
- Strong technical expertise in the relevant discipline (Tax).
- Proven success driving revenue growth, client expansion, and practice development.
- Reputation for exceptional client service, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, inspire, and build high performing teams.
- High ethical standards.
- Deep Manufacturing and Distribution industry experience (Preferred).
- Experience operating in high growth, multilocation, or national firm environments (Preferred).
- Prior partner or executive leadership experience (Preferred).
