About the role

  • Lead and manage enterprise-wide projects, such as the Partner Transition program from initiation through completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive partner succession planning strategies to support business continuity and growth.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Success Team and other cross-functional stakeholders to identify transition needs, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate transition activities, including communications, documentation, and knowledge transfer, to minimize disruption and maximize partner satisfaction.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of transition and succession initiatives.
  • Facilitate regular project updates, status reports, and executive briefings for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify risks and obstacles, developing solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Develop and lead a team of Project Managers, allocating resources wisely and monitoring the team’s progress and the portfolio.
  • Ensure teams are allocated to projects based on skills and needs for the projects by proactively matching the right resources to the right projects.
  • Champion the adoption of best practices and methodologies for project delivery, driving efficiency and quality in all ePMO led projects.
  • Periodically lead critical projects for the firm and partner with senior executives in the organization for project success.
  • Maintain and enhance internal communication platforms to ensure teams are informed, connected, and equipped with needed resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Professional certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent is required.
  • 3+ years of people management experience required.
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects within an enterprise or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., ClickUp)
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).
  • Superior organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and adapt to shifting priorities.
