About the role
- Tax Interns: deliver tax planning, consulting, and compliance services; interact with clients; work with partners on tax planning strategies; build relationships with middle to large-sized tax clients
- Audit Interns: assist in improving financial reporting, internal controls; evaluate accounting issues; stay current with accounting regulations; assess information quality and identify efficiency improvements; build relationships with middle to large-sized audit clients
- Participate in group project involving volunteering and social impact
- Attend networking events and activities to meet employees and partners
- Work on on-the-job training and real-world accounting projects with small to large clients
Requirements
- Accounting Major
- 3.0 or higher GPA
- Understanding and applying excel skills
- Demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required
- Working effectively and personably with clients and co-workers
