About the role
- Overall organization, coordination and accountability for Sales
- That is: no cold calling, but handling and maintaining existing contacts and leads
- Set up and roll-out of the POS (point-of-sale) channel, possibly including retail
- Support in team management
- With attention to controlling activities (KPI monitoring, strategic financial planning)
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience
- Proven track record (e.g., successfully and responsibly founded, led, or exited a company)
- Intrinsic motivation, commitment & loyalty
- Entrepreneurial mindset, both in skills and attitude
