About the role
- Organization, coordination and overall responsibility: Sales
- That means no cold calling, but handling and maintaining existing contacts and leads
- Implementation of the POS area (possibly including retail)
- Support with team management
- With attention to some controlling tasks (KPI monitoring, strategic financial planning)
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience
- Proven track record (e.g., successfully and responsibly founding, running, or exiting a company)
- Intrinsic motivation, commitment & loyalty
- Awareness of entrepreneurial thinking and action, both technically and mentally
- 'Digital working' – eagerness to work with online tools and digital platforms
- Independence, a positive attitude & an optimistic mindset
