About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You conceptualize and design apps, web applications and digital products.
You develop user flows, wireframes, screen designs and interactive prototypes.
You don’t think in individual screens but in clear flows, meaningful states and effective interaction patterns.
You work independently on the UX side, understand problems and derive appropriate solutions.
You bring strong visual skills, high design standards and your own ideas to your work.
You develop and maintain components and design systems in a clean, structured and consistent way.
You prepare designs so they can be handed over to development clearly and efficiently.
You work closely with development, marketing and project partners.
You confidently present your ideas, concepts and designs — including in external calls.
You consider digital accessibility from the start.
You use AI-assisted tools where they meaningfully improve your design process.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Practical experience in UX/UI for mobile apps and web
A strong sense of visual quality, clear user guidance and intuitive interfaces
Proficient with Figma and FigJam, ideally also with Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience with components, variants and design systems
A clean, structured approach to working in Figma
Experience with developer handover and collaboration with engineering
Accessibility as a fundamental part of good design
A thoughtful approach to AI in the design process and a clear understanding of its added value
Independent, proactive working style
Very good German skills and good English skills
A degree in a design-related field or an equivalent qualification with relevant practical experience.
