About the role

  • Prospecting new clients;
  • Researching, monitoring and managing public tenders (bid notices);
  • Dissemination of ARPs (Price Registration Records);
  • Project follow-up and pipeline management in coordination with Sales Management;
  • Registering and updating opportunities with manufacturers;
  • Recording and maintaining opportunities in the CRM, aligned with internal partners;
  • Issuing supply confirmations for requests to participate in ARPs;
  • Updating information on the company website.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields;
  • Experience with commercial routines (prospecting, CRM, sales follow-up, among others);
  • Knowledge of government procurement processes (public tenders/bidding);
  • Familiarity with commercial tools such as pipeline management and CRM;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel;
  • Advantage: intermediate English, especially written.
