About the role
- Prospecting new clients;
- Researching, monitoring and managing public tenders (bid notices);
- Dissemination of ARPs (Price Registration Records);
- Project follow-up and pipeline management in coordination with Sales Management;
- Registering and updating opportunities with manufacturers;
- Recording and maintaining opportunities in the CRM, aligned with internal partners;
- Issuing supply confirmations for requests to participate in ARPs;
- Updating information on the company website.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields;
- Experience with commercial routines (prospecting, CRM, sales follow-up, among others);
- Knowledge of government procurement processes (public tenders/bidding);
- Familiarity with commercial tools such as pipeline management and CRM;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel;
- Advantage: intermediate English, especially written.
