About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Craft Exceptional User Experiences: Design UI/UX that enhances product functionality and strengthens brand identity while optimizing existing designs.
- Lead UI Innovation: Develop intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces that elevate the AI-powered mobile app experience and make complex AI capabilities feel effortless.

- Stay Ahead of Trends: Research, analyze, and incorporate the latest UI/UX and AI-product design innovations, ensuring cutting-edge design solutions.
- Measure & Iterate: Leverage data insights to evaluate design impact and refine future iterations for optimal user engagement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At Least 1 Year of Experience: You have a minimum of 1 year of professional UI/UX design experience, ideally shipping consumer mobile products.
- Figma Expert: You have strong proficiency in Figma, with additional knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator as a plus.
- Design Thinker: You approach problems with creativity and empathy, ensuring user-centric solutions.
- Self-Starter: You take initiative, work independently, and see projects through to completion with minimal oversight.
- Proven Talent: Your portfolio showcases exceptional UI/UX design skills, especially within the mobile app industry.
- Flow & Prototyping Skills: You can map out end-to-end user flows and translate them into clickable, high-fidelity prototypes that communicate the experience clearly before a single line of code is written.
- Friction-Obsessed: Eliminating friction isn’t a nice-to-have for you, it’s an obsession-every tap, transition, and screen is questioned with “does this really need to exist?”
- User-Eyed: You use the product yourself regularly and make decisions from the user’s perspective first, not just from a design-system or aesthetics perspective.
- Master of Multitasking: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with ease.
- Data-Informed Designer: You’re comfortable designing multiple variants for A/B testing rather than a single “perfect” solution, and you use experiment results to iterate rather than relying solely on intuition.
- Collaborative Team Player: You actively contribute to collective success and foster a supportive work atmosphere.
- Strong Communicator: You articulate ideas clearly, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
- Confident Yet Open-Minded: You can clearly defend your design decisions with sound reasoning, but you also genuinely welcome opposing viewpoints-and you’re skilled at finding pragmatic middle-ground solutions when opinions diverge.
- Feedback-Oriented: You welcome constructive input, continuously improving and refining your work.
- Fluent in English: You engage effortlessly in discussions, ensuring smooth collaboration and execution.
- Experience designing AI-powered or consumer mobile applications is a strong plus.
