About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support recruitment processes, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Assist with onboarding and integration activities for new employees.
  • Support performance review and talent development processes.
  • Support employee lifecycle administration, including hires, transfers, and departures.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare people reports, dashboards, and HR analytics.
  • Maintain talent databases and people-related metrics, helping finding opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and user guides.
  • Support local and international HR projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of HR data.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations, or a related field.
  • About 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or a generalist HR role.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Interest in HR analytics and people data.
  • Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus.
  • Fluent English.
