About the role

  • Assisting with the review of technical documentation related to PV and BESS projects (design drawings, layouts, electrical schematics, technical specifications).
  • Supporting activities related to permitting and authorization processes, including secondary permitting and compliance tracking.
  • Participating in the coordination of stakeholders (developers, EPC contractors, consultants, local authorities, and grid operators).
  • Assisting in monitoring project progress during the pre-construction and construction phases.
  • Contributing to the preparation of technical reports and internal/external communications.
  • Learning to identify and flag technical risks, deviations, or inconsistencies.

Requirements

  • Recently graduated (or about to graduate) with a BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Strong interest in renewable energy, particularly PV and energy storage systems.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop technical and project management skills.
  • Curious mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems (LV/MV systems, power distribution principles).
  • Familiarity in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus.
