About the role

  • Product Evolution: Drive new monetization capabilities and optimize yield by interfacing with supply, demand, and distribution partners, validating feature requirements with customers and partners.
  • Product Roadmap: Lead cross functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Ad Operations stakeholders to develop and launch roadmap features across our advertising business unit.
  • Core Infrastructure: Evolve high-availability infrastructure, automation, and monitoring processes to support global scale. Define success metrics & KPIs and continuously support performance improvements.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze inventory and demand performance to provide actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Product Leadership: 5+ years managing product lifecycles, working closely with engineering and operational teams.
  • AdTech Domain Expertise: 5+ years of deep technical experience with OpenRTB, VAST, and SCTE-35 ecosystems.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of SSAI, SSP & DSP workflows, and processing data at scale in a high-availability framework.
  • Data & Communication: Proficient in translating complex data into visualizations and business decisions. Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar PM tools.
  • Strong documentation skills, including workflow diagrams, product requirements and go-to-market plans.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
