About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and support digital delivery and model‑based design strategies for civil and infrastructure projects
  • Collaborate with project teams to establish civil design standards, templates, and best practices
  • Support implementation of client‑specific workflows for land development, transportation, and water projects
  • Deliver engaging training sessions focused on civil design tools, workflows, and best practices

  • Develop and review high‑quality civil design models and datasets
  • Support production of construction documentation derived from civil design models

  • Establish and reinforce quality control processes for civil design and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–10 years of experience supporting or working within civil engineering design environments
  • Background in civil infrastructure, land development, transportation, water resources, or related fields
  • Expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D; familiarity with civil analysis and visualization tools
  • Understanding of drainage, utilities, and water systems
  • Experience working with GIS data and its integration into civil workflows
  • Working knowledge of structural analysis concepts as they relate to civil projects
  • Proficiency creating high‑quality construction documents
  • Proven client‑facing experience and the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in civil technology
